Rain Spell

*blue candle
*bowl or cauldron of water
*tissue paper


Put the candle in the bowl of water but dont get the wick wet. 
Tear up pieces of paper and let them float in the water. 
Light the candle and say:


"I call upon the clouds above
 I ask thee to rain on me with love
 Cleanse my face
 And leave no trace.
 I call upon the clouds
 So mote it be."


Say this until the water puts the candle out.

Note: For this spell use a birthday candle --- those long taper
candles take way too long to go out in the water
